a) All Goods shown are imitation/dress jewellery unless otherwise stated.


B) PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY. SHOULD YOU NOT AGREE TO OUR TERMS, WE WOULD KINDLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE OUR ITEMS. THANK YOU.

 

C) We accept payments by Paypal - Paypal offers you payment using either your normal account or the option of another credit/debit card depending on the option you choose during the payment checkout process.


D) SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.


E) Each item is quality checked before it is dispatched. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with the item please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

F) Customers are asked to note that for Hygiene Health and Safety reasons Products (e.g. Tanning Power and Makeup),  Earrings and Jewellery Sets containing pierced Earrings may not be returned, This also applies to Tiaras, Hair Fascinators, Hair Extensions and any other items of Head Wear.

G) This Policy is set and no allowances will be made under any circumstance.

H) Faulty items may only be returned after notifying GlitzyBling.co.uk and following our instructions.

I) Items returned will not be refunded but will be replaced with an identical item. If no identical replacement item is available the customer may choose a similar priced item or a full cash refund.

J) [in accordance with section H and I of this returns policy] Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging.

K) Postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty.
